Im new relatively new to the whole fit thing. I've been using a small coffee table i made at school, with a pillow on it, as a makeshift bench. I'm surprised at how strong it is, then again i'm not lifting much.
Going to go out tomorrow and get a proper (but small) one so i can do incline and decline DB bench presses n shit.
