Currently bulking, and need to lose 5lbs of fat ASAP within the next two weeks.
Can't stand looking at myself at 13-15%bf

Protein sparring modified fast - Google it.

Diet for two weeks:
>800 calories daily
>50 g whey in water - 200 calories (twice a day)
>salad greens with oil and vinegar - 100 calories
>chicken breast 300 calories

Take fish-oil and a multivitamin

Probably not going to do DNP but I can completely cut out carbs for 2 weeks for sure senpai.
I'm a DNP version and don't plan on using it until i'm on tren this april before summer for my cut
I just want to look relatively lean so I can slow bulk

Fuark looks like I might have to consider using the half vial of tren I have left on 250mg/wk for two weeks to help out with protein efficiency.
Currently on 750mg/wk test E only bulk and week4 when it truly kicks in starts in about 5 days

You're on a cycle? I was under the assumption you were around 160.

Eat 1 gram of protein per pound of lean body mass, and a few hundred grams of fats. Shoot for 1200 from lean protein, whey, and fibrous green vegetables. And drink more water.

On 750mg/wk Test E
Decided will be best to just cut calories back by 100-150 and incorporate cardio.
Macros are:
200-250g protein
50-70g of fat
150-250g of carbs
I'm 170lbs btw
Last cycle I went from 135 to 175 and added about 25lbs of lean muscle and 10lbs of fat within 3 months with those macros so don't see why I should change them now
I've never eaten a high fat diet in my entire life srs
Never went above 100g per day in 19 years dead srs
