Anybody had any success with Kinobodys Greek God Program?
It sounds great in theory, but the little volume is putting me off.. I currently run a push/pull routine 4 days a week and I'm already bored on rest days.
Or should I just incorporate the reverse pyramid method into my current plan to get the best of both worlds?

I wish.
It's a decent routine for a beginner balancing strength and hypertrophy, it seems memey compared to, say, ICF though.
It sounds like a shitty meme programme desu senpai
Don't waste your time with that, you're better off with ICF 5x5 and a clean diet

Damn..knew it sounded too good to be true. Guess I'll try reverse pyramid with my current routine though
>>35380127
Dont wanna go full Blaha desu senpai
>>35380130
don't be retarded, you sound like a beginner, do a 5x5
>>35380030
Tried the routine almost for 2,5 months. Not sure if happy with the results.
>>35380182

>>35380280
>>35380283
I have even one worse pic, thats the shittiest my body has been :/
>>35380247
I love to you see you bench, I myself am working out for almost 8 years and my PR bench is 90kg rippletitts form, when people say they weight <80kg and bench >100kg I can imagine them doing it in some sort of machine or smith machine
>>35380285
Im more concerned with my ability to last 3 rounds than with how much I lift.
Should I then claim that if your goal isn't to become as best of a fighter as you can than you're a pussy?
>>35380294
Can I download this rare pepe, anon?
>>35380294
> dat file name
>>35380294
how did you get rid of them? did you just cut down to some superskinny level?
>>35380297
hah! cuz im from a small town, and the mentality is there that, the frist thing ppl ask you if they find out that u go to the gym, is how much u bench.
So it was important to have a good bechning PR. lol
>>35380297
you're just weak as fuck on bench
>>35380273
>>35380294
W-Why do I want to lick these nips and pound your hole anon?
No h-homo.
>>35380307
underrated
>>35380321
well, desu i stopped SS + gomad, this was first step. That amount of milk that i drank was insane. + the cakes as a preworkout.
Then a bit more volume (split) routine + cardio.
(and partying on weekend. when i was partying, i ate only once a day - this helped me a lot)
>>35380324
bench is not indicators of strength, its heavily dependant on how much you weight, a kid that weighs 80kg and benches 100kg is fucking beast, a man that weighs 100kg and benches 120kg is impressive but not fucking mind blowing
>>35380294
>>35380307
>>35380341
now you can
>>35380388
Hahaha thanks man :D, even i saved it myself :D

True, I got an example of this.
My gym buddy weighed around 56kg at ~180cm. So skelly I couldn't believe it. It took him nearly a year to get his 3x5 bench from 20kg to 45kg. He stagnated often, and minor pauses off training took a huge toll on perfomance.
Another friend of mine is quite heavy, probably above 100kg at 175cm or something. He quickly took his 3x5 bench to 70kg while losing fat.
Personally, I've been training since 2012, with quie a few ups and downs. A few months ago, I benched 100kg for 3x5, weighing 80kg at 180cm.

Only 3 days a week seems too less volume to me
Is it okay to do cardio on other days?
>>35380323
bench is probably even more popular then curls in the normie world
>>35380677
Not the guy you're responding to, but I think you're right. Friends new to lifting have asked me about my bench way more than about curls.
If both exercises come up, they look at me as if I'm some kind of freak, because I have a good bench, but I don't curl at all. They don't understand it at first.
