Im 30 years old and I have trained since I was 16. Up until I was in my early 20's training was just to stay fit and then my mid 20's I took it seriously but after I hit 165lbs at 12% bf my weight would not budge no matter how hard I trained or how much I ate. I suffered with a bout of depression for three years which took me out of the gym funny thing is I put on 15lbs of muscle in that time from no gym just hard manual work at my job.
Im a grown ass man now and weigh 190lbs at 12% and just want to get a big as I can.
