I have always had these pointy pecs ecspecailly towards the nipples. what can I do to get ride of them?

Gyno is the excess growth of fat and breast tissue in men. There's two parts to gyno, the fat and the breast tissue. The fat can be treated by cutting weight. If you have breast tissue, there's nothing to do but surgery.
If you can feel a noticeable lump in your tits, that's breast tissue. Just gotta deal with it.

Most likely you picked it up when you were in your early teens and heavier. Probably around when puberty started.

I'm assuming the intent is to correct hormonal balances that cause gyno. I can't give information on raloxifene itself, but I can comment on the methodology.
If you have an existing hormonal imbalance that is causing your gynecomastia to actively develop, then hormonal treatments can help it.
I lot of surgeons that do gynecomastia surgeries have the patients get their blood work done beforehand to see if there are hormonal issues, and recommend trying to treat a hormonal imbalance before looking at a surgical option.
However, a lot of guys who have gynecomastia don't have a hormonal imbalance. They develop gynecomastia when they start puberty and their hormones are all fuckity. Then when they grow up their hormones naturally correct, buy the gynecomastia remains. Hormonal treatments don't have much effect in this situation.
