Yeah. Also I was benching with way to narrow a grip at first, it was more of a triceps than a chest exercise to be honest. I think that poor form why my chest is weak rather than a lack of chest exercises - i spent approximately the same amount of time on chest as legs.

I did SL for a bit, I found myself stalling too much so I switched to SS. if its working for you thats great though.

And all I do for legs is squats. If anything, you should be squatting more often than me. If might be worth taking a video of your max weight next time you workout - maybe your form is iffy?

heavy compound in some rep scheme usually 5x5 sometimes like 6x3 or some days, maybe once a month for each major lift, squat, bench and pendlay row or rack pull(full deads dont really rarely but i pull 550 so im not worried abut it)
then accessories till i feel done.

I've been lurking and observing you /f/aggots. I am trying not to be so fucking fat and you guys have helped me more than you know. I'm currently 260, following a diet and except use routine. I used to weight 320 lbs.

Look man, I don't know what to tell you. You don't have to believe me if you don't want to, but I don't see any profit in lying to people anonymously on a Chinese knitting forum. I lifted a lot in early highschool, and stopped after I quit football. So I continued to play baseball without lifting, since conventional lifting is oddly looked down upon in the sport. I ended up losing 30lbs due to sickness last year and decided I was going to do nothing but eat the following semester. Last spring I ate fastfood every single day, no exageration. So the picture you see in the progress pic is my body after 5 months of ZERO lifting and fast food every.single.day. I'm not claiming I have some type of godly genetics, but I know for a fact they're above a very high majority of people.

No matter what routine you are doing, you are not going to have a decent upper body in less than two years. SS is a great starting point and afterwards branching into Bill Stars 5x5 or something is only going to help.

Your upper body will grow more on SS than any brosplit.

The thing that people don't realize is that no matter what you do, you aren't going to look fantastic in less than a few years.
