Guys, I got flat feet. Should I squat differently from normal people? What should I know?

Wear supportive shoes.

Don't want heels? Buy wrestling shoes or Sabo deadlift shoes.

My dad and I are both severely flat footed . He taught me to "bounce" up on the balls of my feet every step I take when I walk, this has given us both monster sized popeye like calves. There is good in this evil.
I think I'm only flat footed in one of my feet
If I walk for an extended amount of time it feels like there is a nail being driven into the bottom of my foot, right in the middle

Just get some arch supports. That's what I do and it works fine.
If its really bad you can get some custom supports made by your doctor but for most people the OTC kind are fine.
It will take about a week for your feet to become accustomed to them.
Probably 2nd, but the bunions are the worst part. Can't even jog with supportive shoes.
4th degree fucked up feet. Never had any problems because of them though. You might want to look into special soles with arch support. Also try to wear sturdy shoes (boots etc) instead of walking around on converse all-stars all day
Focus on form, keep your feet on the ground while squatting. Watch 'so you think you can squat' on youtube.
