Let me regale you with a story of my gym disciple
>doing my lifts finishing up with a meme set of abs
>2 dyel retards father and son working out
>father is teaching garbage form squats
>decide to help (first mistake

>he thanks me his dad looks embarrassed but i too would be if i was that small as a grown man
>go back to my abs
>kid comes up to me and asks me how to do x excercise
>spend the next hour teaching him lifts nutrition and str training
>find out he is a 16 yo lanklet (shorter than me just lanky and gangily)
>see him from time to time for a while before i have to start working later because tax season and audit overdrive
>4 months later see the kid working out same weight as before no exertion
>meme lift after meme lift
>looks exactly the same but now flexes in front of the mirror
>im disgusted so i walk head down in shame and go do my sets
>he spots me and comes up to me, give him 10 seconds of my time
>then he starts talking about a girl he wants to ask to prom
>he accidentally calls me dad
>i visibly recoil in disgust
>i throw in my headphones and keep working out ignoring this fag
>doesnt get it
>finally finishing up a set beginning to do a super and he just stands in my way
>shut the fuck up i yell out and grab him by the throat
>gym manager runs over gives me a warning
>kid is crying saying how i thought we were friends
>everyone death stares me when i go to the gym
>im on my last strike and i have a penchant for saying nigger

That was my second technically 3rd strike first one was:
