Accomplishing goals that you have set for yourself is one of the best feelings in the world. Lifting weights gives me a new goal to accomplish every day. These are goals I set for my self
They happiness I feel when I look in the mirror and can see that I am no longer a fat fuck with health risks is a very good feeling I feel every day
The confidence I have to face the world because I know visually I am attractive (read not repulsive) helps me function with day to day tasks
Just because getting fit effects you externally doesn't mean that it doesn't effect you internally
