Was powerlifting, making good progress at the end of last year. Get 4 months in this year, shoulder impingement, nearly blew a knee out and got crook as fuck so stopped training. Kept eating though.

FFW to now, and I'm one month in to losing weight. Covered in stretch marks and generally fat mess. Lost 10kg, gained muscle (most exercises are 15x5, train 6-7 days a week, with cardio). Given myself 6 months to lose it all. Eating clean as fuck, feel like I'm getting nowhere though.

I'd post picks but I'm a bag of shit and embarrassed as fuck. Think I could get down to 85 from 110 in 5 more months brahs? Need motivation, this is where it's getting hard.
