Why aren't you taking a show after working out /fit/?
A shot after working out will apparently increase testosterone production.
I only drink alcohol at the gym

because I'm not a low test alcoholic.

Lol this is beyond ridiculous.
As soon as it felt like I was getting a little too comfortable drinking everyday I stopped.
Feeling better ever since.

Do you have any studies with comparable methodology which contradict either of these studies findings?
>>35335084
Good thing this is only a single shot after working out then.
>>35334647
Because being an alcoholic it would start off with one shot then another and another and before I now it I'm getting sent hime again from work for showing up drunk.
>>35335093
Not if you're using the amounts the studies showed would boost testosterone (although fuck knows how long the boost actually lasts).
>>35334647
Sounds disgusting, wouldn't be able to keep it down
>>35334647
I took a shot after leg day today. It increased my testosterone.
>>35335122
Yeah I realized I fucked up thinking that a shot of 40% alcohol = a shot of pure alcohol.
Either way, the studies suggest 0.5 g/kg or 1.09 g/kg (lean mass) of alcohol. Assuming you weigh 75kg, that'd mean 37.5g of pure alcohol, or a little over 2 shots of 40% alcohol. Two shots three times a week after your workout isn't going to kill you.

No thanks, I'll wait until the study's findings are replicated independently. Since a single study doesn't prove or disprove anything, really. Certainly not enough that I'd change my lifestyle based on its finding. You knew that, right?
Why aren't you eating a chili pepper after working out /fit/?
A chili pepper after working out will apparently increase testosterone production.

Personally this wouldn't be a big lifestyle change for me since I workout after work and school. I thought this would be interesting to try.

Huh, didnt paste the whole link, weird

Seems like this is more suggesting that people who like spicy food have higher testosterone levels than suggesting that eating spicy food increases test levels.
Maybe stop being a pussy and inject 250mg of test instead of lookin for ridiculous ways to gain 0000000.3% of a test boost.

Did you read the study you linked?
8 resistance trained individuals were the sample size. Do you believe that's even close to being statistically significant?
Additionally, look at the TT/FT standard deviations. That just tells you that there were several outliers in the result pool.

This, honestly.

Well I don't wanna bald
