HELP PLEASE GIVE INPUT!!
Help fit idk if what i have is body dysmorphia or ive actually made no gains or very little. I started out at 166 5'9 and now im 183 5'10, my lifts have gone up a bit but i think some of its cns and a little muscle been liftin srs for about 5 mo now, kind of recomped first month and wasnt training the best for 2 months and i finally kinda got my shit down now altho im still learning.
Bench 120(on a smith) for 8 to 155(freeweight, i changed about 1 1/2 mo ago cause of gym) for 5.
Squat 150-250 on a smith then when to freeweight im down to 185-195 lmao.
Deadlift i got 250 for 8 today, i only started dlin around a month ago or so.
Ohp 100 for 5, no previous started a month ago, was at 85 or some shit idk.
Db incline 65 lb each for 7 reps,

Before i started the bulk i was always kinda fat and plannin to cut in start of feb, maybe i cant see as much gains because of that? I mean i do see gains but should i have gotten more?
In the beg i measured my arms and they were abt 13.5 in now there 14.35-14.5 inches

I forgot to mention that i gained 4-5 lbs of water from creatine , so subtract that from my weight gain which comes down to about 12 lbs of raw weight. I estimate 8 lbs of muscle, 2 lbs of fat and 2 lbs of water, somewhere in that ratio
