Stop doing squats. Do deadlifts and hip thrusts or glute bridges. All you need for nice glutes without looking like a t rex autist

Dont do retarded ab exercises and do pullovers instead. The only core workout you should do plus works a bit of your chest

Work shoulders twice a week. Dont worry about chest most people have shit chest development anyway so dont bother doing it more than once a week

Do bodyweight lat work every workout rather than doing retarded shit like bb rows

You can add more HIIT Cardio if you want or remove it all together if your diet is perfect, I just do it once though

It's a hard routine, you'll be pretty tired after each day, but it's excellent for aesthetics, perfect balance of volume and frequency

Before anyone says anything, you can add deadlifts if you'd like to, personally I don't like them though. I feel like the consequences of doing them with poor form outweigh the benefits of doing them properly, they're extremely tiring and can mess your back up if you them with shitty form, I like hyperextension better for lower back, and the truth is you can absolutely build an aesthetic physique without them.

Forgot Tricep Cable Pulldown on Push 2, it's between BB Shrugs and Flys
Also, forgot to mention to eat a shitload of protein

Aaand forgot to mention rest times, peronally, I rest 60 sec between sets and 1-2 min between exercises, you can change it if you want to though

I don't know honestly, I don't have the knowledge to give a recommendation on adding muscle. The only thing I'm fluent in is weight loss. Everytime I ask for advice on /fit/ about it they just say BULK BULK BULK which doesn't seem right

All I know is I've stalled hard on my cut, the only things left to go are my love handles and my lower stomach, which has loose skin anyway so I'll never be aesthetic while shirtless. I'm just eating around maintenance and hoping my noob gains will give me big enough shoulders so that my lovehandles are completely invisible in shirts. Other than that, I'm solid

I have big legs too, both from being fat and good genetics, basically I just don't do squats cause I don't want them t-rex style

Upper body routine that hits each major muscle group once per workout. Do dumbbell bench because barbell bench is shit for chest for most people. Throw in squats and romanian deadlifts (or regular deadlifts if you want to) for legs.
