i try to get about 4-500 cals in, about 1 hour before the gym. some decent protein and some carbs. maybe a metrx, or some nut-but. and i drink i liter of water. then i like to sit back for about 30 min, maybe put a dip in & chill. i call it the calm before the storm. then i go love it kill it
