18, really want to start lifting, know nothing yet ( i will read the sticky soon )
Just one major problem..
I got marfans syndrome , gaining weight is almost impossible.
Aorta problem means i can't put too much stress on my heart.
Extremely short winded.
Should i even try ?
Also general tips for beginners would be appreciated.

exerting yourself too much with marfan syndrome is probably not a good idea from what i know

Doctor said i just shouldn't put too much pressure on the heart, i'm mainly talking about gaining mass because i can deal with small weights.
A friend of mine who also has marfans was on a 3k calorie diet only gained 5kg in 6 months.
