if dark circles you can try using super concentrated vitamin c cream, takes lots of time to see improvements (best one would be something like paula's choice c15 or the other one i forgot which is higher base)
if you have puffiness you are SoL, there is NOTHING you can do to make them go away, exception a plastic surgery where they remove fat pads under the eye that's causing them and also some laser/derma treatments at the office but not as effective and usually temporary

Yeah, I have the dark bags and so does my dad. I can get 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep and still look dead tired. The skin there is very thin, so blood vessels make it look bluish. Nothing much you can do, except maybe some kind of makeup.

If the skin under your eyes is just very thin there's nothing you can do.
Blood shines through, that's what makes em look dark.
Better start to accept it and live with it.
You can put concealer/foundation over them if you dont want to scare people. Good for job interviews etc. Get a job where it doesnt matter how you look. Find a chick thats into you despite it.

I have no idea, I get more than an adequate amount of sleep and I have them pretty bad.
I actually think they look rather good on me for whatever reason. They fit my facial structure.
