Have you talked to her about it? She's probably depressed and/or doesn't even think it's possible. Most fatties know they're fucking themselves over, they just don't care because it's more convenient or less embarrassing than calling out that they're fat and need help. Offer it to her and if she leaves you hopefully that'll be the turning point for her and she'll realize there's something wrong with her, and maybe she'll work on herself. If she decides to stay work on it with her that is in a way to make her comfortable and not feel bad she got this way. Just make sure while you're talking to her stress you think she's beautiful no matter what, you just want her around when you're 30 and not in a coma from her bad eating habits. If she doesn't want to exercise, don't force it. Tell her maybe light yoga or go to the mall with her to walk around for a few hours a week, or the park. Take her to try new food that's healthier for her or teach her to cook better food, tell her about calories and macros and tell her how that's the defining factor. Tell her start with just 10 lbs. That's all it'll take before she loves seeing the number go down and she'll take over from there.
