First, you only said about body weight exercises, so you shouldn't expect to bench press that much, maybe to do push-ups with a plate or 2 would be what you should compare with how much you can pull-up with.

If you are talking about weight exercises OHP 45kg it's about the weight you can press when you bench 55-60kg. If you want to compare your bench, compare it with other weight exercises like squats and deadlifts, tell us you're strong by doing those and then come back and ask where you went wrong. I was also behind a lot with my bench press until I did cut all the bullshit, started doing the PL position and actually added weight, before I could only do about 60-70kg bench press and 130kg deads and 100kg squats. Now I can 100kg bench, 120 squats and 150deads, I think that these numbers are in good relationship to each other when you talk about symmetric strength.

Sleep is important thats when your muscles are made you should get around 8 hours erryday.In stuff like SS you put weight on all your lifts every session its progressive overload.It seems you haven't been doing that since your bench is so low as a beginner you should be.Eating is incredibly important as well.Milk and pb has mad calories.fyi

How if a bar weighs 45 lbs and a 2 45 lb pl8 weighs 90lb. That's 135 lbs of weight you're lifting. You added 90 lbs to the bar which is what you seem to be retarded about.
