Been taking Six Star fruit punch flavored Creatine mix for about a week now, and it's making me break out with acne on my face. I looked online and found this to be common, but what can I do to stop it? Half dose, wash my face every hour, stop altogether?

get 10% benzoyl peroxide. or stop using creatine. it raises your DHT, nothing you can really do about it.

Honestly every time I use it consistently I'm bound to break out a little more. My skin doesn't react terribly to heavy BP use so I use a 10% bar in the shower on my body and a 10% creme on my face at night and generally I will have very little breakouts. I wouldn't fret too much over it though, and just get into a routine of using acne cream at night and purchase a BP bar of soap for the shower. I think the acne sides taper off a bit, but that could just be confirmation bias from a consistent acne regiment.
Is acne something some people get from creatine? I've never gotten acne since I started creatine, and I've been on 5g's a day for months

I think it's if you have a genetic predisposition, it's likely to agitate it. Apparently people with a predisposition for baldness have sped up the process by taking it, which would make sense considering how it raises DHT.
