Can you easily reach your hands behind your back both ways, only the other way around or not at all?

easily with right hand up, harder to grab but easy to stretch with right hand down
I can't reach my back from under with my right hand but I can with my left.
hip and shoulder imbalance. tried stretching but doesnt get better
