No. In a PPL, if you're doing it properly, you are hitting each muscle group more than once every 7 days.

I'd throw in leg day, but most brosplitters don't do them. If you never take rest days and ignore half of your body, then you can do a bro split and usually get twice per week frequency.

I just switched to one.
My gymbro who is also a trainer there, got me on his program. He holds state titles in bench and diddy in his weight class, so I figured his would be the way.
Holy fuck I cannot keep up, he does some stuff in the 20 rep range. I am used to autistically progressing with Texas method or 5x5, I might just switch back, I am a little bitch and can't keep up. Also I am not thoroughly convinced anything 12+reps is helping.

I've been lifting for 8 years. I've done powerlifting, strength training, Olympic training, bro splits, hell I've even done calisthenics.
One thing is for sure, brosplits get you looking the best, especially if you get your body fat to 10% or less.
