The only reason I lift is to look good. I don't care about strength, ony aesthetics and look.

I want the body pic related, this is my workout routine every day:

Everyday after I wake up and before I go to bed - 2 minute rest between

20 bicycle crunches
20 spiderman planks
20 Press Ups
20 dips

Exercises for the middle of the day - 5 minute rest between - 50lbs barbell

10 bench presses
10 bicep curls
10 deadlifts
10 squats

Are squats and deadlifts actually necessary? What is the best routine for a body like pic related?

you have to get to the point where you enjoy lifting to get any results, that routine is shit, and yes squats and deadlifts are 2 of the 3 best excercises you can possibly do.

If you're natural, focus on strength and looks will follow. All that hypertrophy, brosplit mumbo jumbo only really works if you're on roids.

Do a beginners strength routine like linear progression. When your strength gets strong enough (usually after a couple of months), move on to a mid strength routine like the texas method.

To answer your question, yes, squats and deadlifts are absolutely necessary.

You need to do SS (Starting Strength)[1] until you cannot progress anymore (after deloading like two-three times).

A lot of people here will say that SS[1] is a meme, but them saying that is a meme. The reason you do SS[1] is so that your nervous system gets acclimated to signalling your muscles to turn on. Since you probably don't have to chase and kill animals all day for your food your nervous system isn't yet acclimated to signalling your muscles to the best of their ability.

Once you're done with SS[1], start up either side (really doesn't matter in the end) of pic related. Please note that your should be doing cardio on your off-days (30 minutes of heavy cardio on the elliptical is perfect).

The body you posted in the OP is some muscle with a very low bodyfat percentage, it will probably take around 1--1.5 years to get it.

Did I mention that diet is essential? If you really are serious about this (which it doesn't seem like you are), calculate your TDEE[2] and add 500 to it. The number that you get is your daily caloric intake. Recalculate this value every time you gain 5 pounds.

Diet:

- 40% of daily caloric intake comes from turkey breast.
- 30% of daily caloric intake comes from almonds.
- 20% of daily caloric intake comes from whole-grain whole-wheat bread (for the turkey sandwiches).
- 5% of daily caloric intake comes from carrots.
- 5% of daily caloric intake comes from brocolli.
