Looks like about a cup of rice and beans, probably at least 300 right there
Steak is about 150 if not cooked in oil

I'd say this is about 450-500kcal actually.
Rice and stuff is prob 150, not 300; garlic sauce is prob 50 and steak just above 100.

Throw 4 cups of kale, spinach and lettuce on top of that, and that's my lunch every day.

The original picture consisted of:

1 piece of 120g steak
40g of Rice (leftovers)
40g of Quinoa
80g of Soy beans
2 fried eggs

Supplemented with a cold glass of milk, oh yes. I ate 100g of Quark roughly an hour after lunch.
