I need a 2000 kcal breakfast to bulk

There is one problem

/fit/ keeps telling me that omelettes with 6 eggs are bad because of the yolk, and can fuck my health on the long term

Another problem

i can't eat oats for shit, they're fucking nasty cuh!

Literally the only people telling you that are vegans and trolls. Do some research of your own if you want, yolks are fine.

Also, you don't need a 2000 kcal breakfast to bulk, you're not that advanced. If you were, you wouldn't be posting this thread.

If you're worried about the cholesterol and fat in 6 egg yolks, make an omelette with half whole eggs and half egg whites. Add some chicken sausage and sauteed veggies for extra protein and micros. Whole wheat toast with butter, or even a wheat bagel with cream cheese on the side. Small bowl of granola with whole milk (raw milk if you can get it, that stuff is godly). Some fruit juice will send your calorie count through the roof, it's as calorie dense as soda. Put cream or milk in your coffee.

Really, it all depends on what you need for your macros. If you need more fat, add more milk products. Need more carbs, add more bread and cereal or make some homefries. Protein, add more eggs and lean breakfast meats.

Tell you what I've been having for breakfast, my own home made flapjacks. It takes 15 mins to make a big dish worth, maybe the equivalent of 6 protein bars, and doesn't cost much either. Have a look for some recipes, make them before bed and leave them on the windowsill under an open window ready for morning.

You can do some research yourself if you'd like, but the jury is currently out on egg yolks. They were definitely bad for a while, then definitely fine for a while, and now it's unclear. If you're concerned, you could just buy egg whites and make an 8 egg white omelet, or 5 whites and 2 whole eggs or something.

It depends on your goals. If you're trying to lose weight by going low-fat, then it makes sense to toss the yolks. If you're trying to bulk, you should keep the yolks.

That being said, some form of english breakfast, you can alternate daily so it does not always have to be same, and for drink you make a smoothie, 400g of turkish yoghurt is 500kcal and 100g of nuts is another 500kcal, then add some juice or milk and fruit and shit.

2000 kcal easily achieved, the smoothie will actually help your metabolism and you'll down it surprisingly easily.
