High blood sugar is largely long term negative effects. Obviously extremely high blood sugar like in this case can be extremely dangerous short term but you can still just about function, you just feel shitty. Low blood sugar is the dangerous one short term.

Go to doctor asap. The insulin you use will take a while to kick in and drive it down and theres a chance that the insulin or pump is faulty, don't take the risk.

no keytones, insulin only, keytones, half dose of a correction scale if you have one, and go to the ER, definitely TELL THEM you already took half the dose of your current correction chart or you may go into hypo, chances are they may or may not put an insulin IV on you, if they dont, blood sugar that high is definitely going too dehydrate you and make you feel shitty, so you might go through like 2-3 iv bags.

Use the extra 400 mg/dl for a nice multiple hour sprint around the block. Dying is also an option.
OP here. Didn't go to the ER because since then, it's dropped to 350, and slowly coming down. Feeling a little better. Thanks for the advice, but I think I've got it from here.
