If they could train legs easily like you can train your torso easily, they would.

Having huge legs is literally ok if youre gay and want to attract men. Training legs is still important but prioritizing them makes you bottom heavy as fuck. For example i like climbing & shit so i still hit romanian DLs and quad extensions but if i do anything else my ass will just blow up to bubble butt proportions and make me slow as fuck.

now i only do hip thrusts, but consider ATG front squats the most fun lift of all time.

Family, depending on your genetics, you could theoretically get away with skipping leg day.
But you must have naturally big thighs, and if you do then all you have to do during leg day is train your calfs and I assure you that people will not even notice.

But if your legs are thin, then you are fucked and it will be very very noticeable.
