Anyone else know this?
Everyday is suffering.

Get spikes of chest pain, scares me, man.
>>
Same here.

Pneumothorax years ago. Every so often I get excruciating pain under one of the scars.

"It has nothing to do with the surgery, just take some aspirin"

Fuck doctors man.

Maybe it's all in your head.

If you thought there was something wrong with your pinky finger, like you noticed some dot on it that you've never noticed before, then all of a sudden your pinky is going to feel like it's throbbing in pain the more you think about it.

Trust me. I know that feeling. I've had bouts with hypochondria before to the point where I drove myself to the hospital to get checked out at 3am and after hours of tests they concluded that I was perfectly healthy and that it was all in my head.

You know what? Immediately after that diagnosis, I didn't feel the pain anymore. It went away completely.

I've been getting chronic back muscle injuries for as long as I can remember. Decided it would be best to see a physical therapist. He tells me that I have uncoordinated and weak core muscles. It makes sense to me, so I decide to work on it. Started doing many push ups, planks, a plethora of glute exercises, and changing my breathing habits. I now feel like I've broken my ribs and can't really move without getting sharp pain that makes me lock up like a complete retard. Shit sucks. I just want to be healthy enough to start lifting again. It's been too long and I've already lost any gains I made before. :(((
