Anybody know a simple cardio workout I could do to lose weight 'n shit?
New to /fit/ please don't kill me guys
Do cardio if you want, but if your goal is to lose weight, very few things will do you more good than a good lifting routine.
this is what I used. Lost about fifty pounds with good diet though. It assumes you have never ran before and builds you up.
Also, sprint the last 30 seconds of the last set and do some swimming every now and again
