the more clean i eat the more i fart. ugly terrible farts that dont dissapear unless you ventilate that area. also my turds become more and more sticky. i dont use whey. i eat much greens almost no meat and diary. its terrible - i wake at night and must open all windows for 15 minutes because gaschamber. i eat much nuts and raw carrots - could this be it?

Your gut bacteria populations are just getting used to the increase in fibre.
Probably have a lot of the fibre getting through to later in the colon and getting eaten up by methanogens. Eventually more aerobic bacteria will digest the bulk of the food. You can get some probiotics in the mean time to speed it up a bit or enzymes with cellulase. I guess you could also swallow air? That way I guess there'd be more oxygen in there and the more aerobic bacteria would thrive a little better

i mean, i'm normally not one to mock people for their kinks but this is just so far beyond the pale that i have to say something. i mean, think about it. humans are biologically programmed to be disgusted by our own shit - it's a natural defensive response to the risk of bacterial infection. so when i watch this guy literally dive in knowing that the filth he's subjecting himself to could fuck seriously fuck him up or kill him, the only conclusion i can draw is that he has lost his most basic sense of self-preservation and is thus literally insane. ergo, i just can't condone people doing this kind of thing because in my mind it's no different than allowing someone to sit inside of a burning building because they said they enjoy the warmth.
