Found this cheap meat in a local store near my dorm. What would you guys pick? It are porc kidneys, porc hearts, porc tails or the porc ears. There was also porc liver in another shelf.
What do you guys think would be the best in taste and nutrition?
Calf liver , pork is dirty except for bacon which is delicious.

i went to yellowstone expecting to be blown away by natural beauty. maybe since im from WA state and we have fucking premium scenery, mountain ranges, forests, and parks, but Yellowstone was very underwhelming. Literally the only cool thing was prismatic pool, and i guess old faithful but it was very touristy there. Also the food fucking sucked. Come to washington state if anyone wants world class outdoors.

I have cats. I've considered seeing if there's an opportunity to use my cat's fur for like earmuffs or mittens or something, As far as meat, there just isn't enough substance to use. Probably mostly the same with dogs too, honestly. they're lean, active animals. their meat will be tight and tough. pigs, cows, and chickens are all much easier to use as livestock.

Liver and hearts are probably the best. Try and get beef or chicken though before pork. Pork is not great for offal.

No just no. While there might be a bit more protein per 100gram in pork almost all pork cuts have a load of (pretty bad) fat. For beef you can get some lean cuts. So protein/calorie is much better for lean beef then for pork.
