Random question: anyone else here have a body that doesn't handle gas well? I get super bloated and can't fart or burp, and I lose all appetite. It happens to me like once a week and normally lasts a couple days.

I had tendinitis in my knee as well. Sucked, I practiced on it regardless for a few years. Then I took a year off and only exercised like once in that time. It came back playing basketball later but I stopped playing basketball and it went away. I don't run or jump any more and squat twice a week and it hasn't come back yet.

I'm in the same boat, OP. Except mine has no chance of healing at all because improper cardio irreparably damaged by cartilage.

Every day, my upper body gets more shredded and my legs get flabbier.

I might quit altogether because even carrying DBs to the bench is starting to ache my knees. I have the knees of a 70 year old man now.
