Down to 180 lbs from 235. Hunger is something you can overcome by eating the right things.

When I first started cutting, the diet i was on used a lot of black beans, and i always felt full, even without eating a ton of calories.

Of course you'll never stop being hungry, are you an idiot? You're just going to have to change your perception of hunger. It's just a feedback mechanism, nothing else. It's not even painful, just slightly uncomfortable. If you're cutting become friends with your hunger and don't interpret it as something dangerous or something to avoid but just something that is.

I just try to get as much food for my calories as possible. I don't really care about hitting my macros besides getting lots of protein. I'm too fat at this point and I'll take anything I get.

A day's meals usually goes like
6 AM
>2 scoops vanilla whey mixed in coffee for that protein and energy
11 AM
>1 slice of pizza or a sandwich or small salad with ranch
3 PM
>bowl of maruchan ramen
6PM
>lunchable with another scoop of protien
8-9 PM
>another bowl of ramen

This is usually about 1700 - 1800 calories but my job involves CONSTANT walking around for about 4 hours a day. and If I'm not working I'm hitting the gym that day. All in all this is probably like 1500 to 1600 cals and almost a 1000 cal deficit for me yet I get to eat a lot throughout the day and get at least 79g protein.

OP, what you need to understand is that the way humans are designed to eat is that we wait until we are hungry to eat, and then eat until we are satisfied. That is how you maintain a healthy human body weight.

We are not designed to stuff ourselves, wait until we are no longer stuffed, and then re-stuff ourselves.

Try doing IF with a 4 hour eating window. I'm a fatass myself but once you spend 2 weeks or so not eating for 20 hours at a time you realize most feelings of hunger come from boredom or being upset about something.

Going to sleep hungry is the worst. For me i found it a lot easier to keep the calories low by just skipping breakfast and having a very small protein heavy lunch and a shake in the afternoon then just eating dinner as late as possible.

If you put all the effort in during the day by the time it gets to dinner you will have like 1000-1300 Kcal left and wont have to worry to much about protein so basically eat whatever (within reason) and go to bed feeling satisfied.

Having a protein shake mid-morning and a small-ish mostly protein lunch helps a lot.

Leaves room for a decent dinner and cottage cheese as a small snack before bed.

Sorta, learning to deal with hunger helps with will power and given enough time can reduce appetite. However if you just eat enough low calorie high fiber food you won't feel hungry. Good choices are things like celery or carrots and stuff like vegetable puree soups like split pea.

350 lbs to 200 lbs here. I have serious binging problems, but I control them with yoga and really strong spearmint gum like Eclipse or those new mint gum things. I also drink 8 liters of water a day.
