How to get them striated, powerful and thick?

i was mirin a fireman in the subway because he had massive wrists, forearms and fingers, while still looking skinny as fuck. There was virtually no fat on his arms, he was shredded as shit with fuckhuge bones.

Alternately just work your forearms/wrists directly. 4+ days a week, or as many days as possible that still allow you to recover

Well, obviously body fat makes a significant difference. And bone structure.

But beyond that, I'd definitely recommend working your wrist extensors, which tend to be woefully neglected. Most people don't do forearm training because they think that forearms already get worked by everything else; but generally only the flexors are being used for most exercises (and even then, only isometrically).
