I eat both in the morning. I'm right where I want to be weight and BF% wise. I stopped eating breakfast to make a cut from when I was in gain mode and my BF% started coming up because for me the early breakfast kick starts my metabolism. Started back eating a light breakfast of eggs and oats and cut back the same calories from the lunch menu and bam. I have a friend that stores every calorie he eats at breakfast so he skips it. Point being, it doesn't matter if it's eggs or oats, breakfast or supper - it all depends on how your specific body is geared. Figure that out and you got your answer. Good luck
