Shoulder press.
Barbell or dumbell?
Seated or standing?

What do you do, /fit/?
>>
these idiots will say "all of them"

but the safest version is seated with dumbbells
>>
Standing barbell. Thinking about switching to seated BB because it's hard to balance 2pl8 without breaking my fucking spine.

>>
>>35234874

dumbells are not the safest. its easy to fuck ur shit up if u have rotatorcuff issues or shoulder imbalances. barbell is the safest
>>
>>35234873
>which?

1st standing barbell OHP
2nd seated dumbell Arnold Presses
3rd sit back and grow
>>
>>35234873
All of them.
Because I'm on gear and my delts are fucking juicy and big.
>>
Real athletes train standing up.
So standing up with dumbbells
The only press you should do for your shoulders. Focus on isolation superset for the rest of the shoulder day and have cannonball shoulders within 6 months. Also incorporate Cuban press over time.
>>
hammer machine > seated dumbell > seated barbell > standing barbell
>>
>>35234874
laziest, why include your core and supporting muscles in an exercise? Standing dumbbell and barbell overhead press will give you the most gains

Ignore this fucking idiot

Strict standing military press heavy weight for the set, then throw in some reps at the end where I use some momentum from the legs to help drive the weight up when I'm tired. (Power/strength movement)

Then some lateral raises, using the cables and pulling the from behind the back.

Finally, rear delt fly using the rope attachment, using weight light enough to make sure the rear delt is getting hit.

2-3x a week.

95KG 1RM OHP, 140KG Bench 1RM, 85KG bodyweight for reference.

Why not do push press? More weight, more muscles involved, more gains. Right, dumbass?
>>
>>35234874
>care about the safety of an execise
>use hormones to get big mussels
okay buddy
>>
>>35234874
LOL YAOKAYBUDDY

I literally do all of them, when I say I squat I'm really just overhead pressing on the downlow
