Lats and traps. Your deadlift is lagging; it should be around 440 compared to your bench and squat. Add in rows, shrugs, and some sort of overhead press if you don't already.

....thats all you lift at 194 pounds?! I literally match each of those stats for reps at 155 pounds and I thought I was weak for my lifts jesus christ a woman probably outlifts you

I agree 100% on lats, they're actually so much better than they were a couple months ago but still shit.
I've only been lifting seriously for 6 months, and back problems prevented me from deadlifting for maybe 3 of those.
I think that's a bad picture of my traps, this one is better.

260 bench for reps at 155 is very impressive.
Only lifting for 6 months, we're all gonna make it brah.

Right, I dont actually lift often I train in martial arts but when my buddies drag me to the gym thats what I shit out, and yeah form, rom, etc is never sacrificed i do martial arts for fucks sake i do things the correct ways

Can't tell if you're flexing them, but it looks like you just have really tight trap insertions which will probably make adding width difficult. Lats will definitely balance it out though. I prefer Yates Rows myself.

Your arms are really short, weird. Also you need to work your forearm and your pecs

I've been working on chest a lot, I'm surprised to hear my forearms need work. I think they're pretty wide.
