Your skeletal structure shouldn't impair you so much in the beginning.

if you're in a commercial gym some people will give you the stink eye but you should disregard them and continue with your workout

for 6months, you don't seem to be improving a lot on the SS, and when you say you squat wrong, what do you mean?

borrowed my dad's pair when my adipowers got stolen. they're decent but not as stable as adipowers by a long shot and desu not even as stable as chucks. if the elevated heel really helps, they're alright. save up for some adipowers/romaleos or at least some powerlift 2.0s though

I lift at a weightlifting gym and it's alright, people lift in their slippers sometimes pulling 4 pl8s

The reasoning behind socks/shoes is probably the gym worrying that you'll drop a dumbbell on your feet, which actually might happen but you'll have to take responsibility for that yourself

If you remove your shoes when you deadlift I don't see why not, it's not like you're going to run around the gym like a 7 y/o pretending to be a helicopter

Yo, for your eggs, you don't have to minus out the yolk, for every 5 eggs you can allow 1~2 yolk

I'm 5'6 and eating 5 eggs (2yolks) 2 chicken boobs and milk to go with my oats and peanut butter
Drink less milk because it's been fucking up the acne on my face
You should be looking to getting more of your protein sources from actual tangible solid food items than milk, if you can afford it

When I was a little poorer, I was getting my protein from canned tuna (cheap af, and if you're in the USA, check whether there's an Aldi's around the corner), cottage cheese and milk

Experiment around and see what you can stomach.
