My bench and ohp has been stalling for 4 weeks now. Should i add more calories?
Btw, i am not doing stronglifts but im wondering if the progression in SL charts is achivable? This is like 10kg/22lbs more on bench in 4 weeks. Is it even possible to increase weights every session without getting fat as fuck?

ok brah, give stats, height, weight, age, and weights for your lifts.
and anything else relevant, i.e. do you sleep enough, do you eat enough etc....
>>35224928
For beginner gains it's easily achievable
>>35224928
yeah, sure. eat more

how long have you been lifting for
>>35224928
Do some German volume training with linear progression. Switch back to heavy shit when you feel you can.

we do need more info
but SS and SL are memes.
You can't add 5lbs a session forever, even weekly, the n00b gains run out very quickly.

>You can't add 5lbs a session forever
no one says you can m8.
if you're short or have small forearms
like me on both counts
you might just be hitting your plateau.
after around 8-10 months of lifting i went from never doing OHP to being able to max out at 125 pounds.
i was never able to hit a 1 plate max despite trying for like 3 months straight and i soon wasn't even able to do 125 pounds even though my diet and everything was the same/intaking more protein and carbs. over that period
i ended up dropping the OHP and just added in a lot of sitting dumbbell shoulder press and my shoulders are bigger now than they were before
i just dont have the strong man genetics

additional information
Been lifting for ~1.5 year, most of that time was wasted doing stupid shit as a newfag for example: going full dreamer mode on bulk. Finished cut in october and i've been slowly adding calories. Im on 2400 cals since mid november, doing 20 mins of cardio after every workout (4 times a week)

bumping once more

Deload by 10%, add 1kg per workout.
That should be enough to break the plateau.
