I would eat chicken every day but my supermarket does a 3 packs for £10. You have to get different meats though so I get a 6 pack of pork steak, 6 pack of chicken breast and a 4 pack of turkey steak.
Also helps keeping my diet different.

For cutting? I never go without chicken breast. For bulking i'd probably go more seafood or lamb just for a change.

Whoo lawdy, I thought I was the only one, though it's more a matter of price and convenience for me.
Chicken when bulking is fucking retarded, it's impossible to eat that much chicken.
The chicken I get is like 1 calorie/g. It's awful whenever you're bulking, I can't manage to make a meal reach more than 500ish calories with rice included.
Ground beef is the true bodybuilding master race food.
