My opinion on it is that most people seem to hate it, so that means more for me.

I think people are thrown because it doesn't taste like pumpkin pie. It tastes like pumpkin spice and maybe like gingerbread or something. At first I had the same reaction, where I was like, "huh...not what I expected" but it quickly became my favorite. It's also got this really good "pumpkin" chocolate coating.

Apple pie is bomb no doubt, but too sweet I think for me to able to eat all the time. The pumpkin pie is less sweet I would say, so maybe you won't like it as much.

I hear it helps prevent diabetes by forcing your body to produce insulin, since youre not getting any sugars feom food. I try and fast 1 day a week. Water only. Maybe some milk

I'm been an Auschwitz my entire life, been on 4k a day for the past 5 days and finally gained a stone and a quarter in a month just being dedicated

beginning to think I'm eating too much fat though, definitely looking less defined though I'm more muscular

Getting a 700-600 calorie deficit in, and working out 4 times a week. Cutting, and having a hard time weening myself off the daily Redbull for my caffeine fix.
