/fit/, if you could have professional level training and nutrition guidance for free in one of the following areas
a) Powerlifting
b) Weightlifting (aka Oly)
c) Fighting
which would you choose?
Also post ur waifu so I know you're serious
Probably B.
1) Fuck off to /a/
2) All of them.
Oly lifting. Powerlifting is easy enough to learn on your own.
>>35215561
b is the only correct choice
c). I don't have the ceiling height to do Olympic lifts, powerlifting isn't that hard to get the basic gist of, but nobody near here fights. It'd be fun to learn something new.
>>35215561
C.
Powerlifting can be learnt on your own and doesn't require nutrition guidance.
Oly lifting would be alright but you have to do the same moves over and over again and really master them
Fighting would be varied, fun and useful.

Who is this boner condoner
>>35215561
Absolutely C, fighting is such a useful skill no matter what your level of strength is and as others have said getting into lifting isn't all that hard and there's plenty of freely available literature. It's much more difficult to learn about fighting just reading about it.
a
I want a hot coach to spot my lowbar squat
>>35215561
Fighting. That's more skill based than lifting, a coach could help you much more.
For lifting, once you have the forms down, there isn't much a coach can do. Periodize your shit? Form checking? You can do that yourself, at most a gym buddy is enough.
C. Fighting
I like powerlifting but, like another anon said, powerlifting can be learned on your own pretty simply.
I'm not really interested in weightlifting so that leaves fighting.

paz from MGS senpai
Fighting. Only because I don't think a coach would benefit my powerlifting though.

/asp/ie here
a) Powerlifting: Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Texas Method or 5/3/1 (jim wendler)
c) Fighting: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. Only techniques and speed, speed and speed. (Box/MT/Kyo & Judo/BJJ/Wres)
rest: Sunday
>>35215561
C.
I'm not interested in powerlifting, and in terms of weightlifting I feel like 10% is knowledge and 90% is dedication. I think what I've learned from /fit/ (the real advice) is enough and nutrition is kind of common sense.
I know nothing about fighting, though
>>35215561
B. that shit is way too hard to learn myself
