From 2012-2014 i drank around 10-14 drinks a day. Now i'm down to drinking twice a week, usually having 16+ drinks. By 2016 i plan to have stopped completely.
I still made gains, but those are going to be the least of your worries mate. Quitting before the health problems begin is the best decision you will make.
