shoulder cuff rotator strenght excercise. Do intra and extra rotator muscles training with the cables on the machine. A set of 3x20 ( for each arm intra and extra) with growing weight each time should do it.

I am 5'7" and my bro is around 5'10". He wanted to arm wrestle me so I agreed. It was a close match and he ended up beating me. I had pain at the base of my bicep for a good month. Hurt when doing bicep curls and other lifts. After that I would not recommend arm wrestling to anyone as it could fuck up your gains.

Arm wrestling is like 50% technique. Just read up on that.
The key is pulling their hand towards you as soon the match starts, this gives you way better leverages
