I actually just started making a pizza. I've never made it from scratch before but I'm going to try. I just finished making the dough and put it in the fridge. No business on /fit/ though, enriched white flour and all.
(OP) Fair enough, thanks for the honesty. I'm willing to admit I don't know what I'm doing yet but at least this is a far cry from fucking cheese whiz and white bread. Can't blame a nigga for trying. I'll get there eventually. Any other suggestions I'll take happily.
