ive had pec and wrist issues through the year along with the rest of my body Tbh, but i dont even think thats the reason really, im just bad at pauses and am a retard for not training them enough, last meet i was moving it around on my chest for some reason and had to wait on the press command and that near killed me so just took smallest jump after that, wanted 120kg but oh well it still would have been shit progress

but like i said i have benched 130kg tng where in 2014 i could only bench 115 (paused and tng were the same then)

Don't "plan" on doing anything. not trying to demean you as you seem like you'll probably be very good. I'm genuinely saying keep your goals, but be humble about them to yourself and to others, and let hard work do the talking until you hit numbers in comp. You've been training for less than a year, right?

That's decent progress and those are some serious lifts for 72kg. Especially with wrist/pec issues. You may want to take the ego hit and de-load to train paused bench specifically. It's a whole different ball game from tng, even technically maintaining tightness.

This year I said I'd compete next year but reviewing the lifts people had I may wait until next.
I would gain a lot of experience doing a meet in 2016 and my lifts wouldn't embarrass me. However, I'm very competitive and wouldn't enter to lose and I think a whole year of progress without peaking or rushing would do me good considering I've only been lifting like a year and 8 months and am still making intermediate gains. (Competition standards are very low where I am).

So I was talking to a trainer at my gym, who is a power lifter, anyway what do you guys think of his routine. I'm already going to change it from L/U/x/U/L/x/x to U/L/x/U/L/x/x

Up until now I've only really trained for strength (SS and TM) so I'm not to up to date on what actual power lifters do.

I bench 2 plate and pull 4 after a year of lifting but only squat 2 pl8 because we only recently got a squat rack. Should I max out my squat noob gains before cutting, or can i make squat gains while cutting?

Im 5'9 184 lbs, wanna cut about 15 of fat
