Does intermittent fasting have any effect on testosterone levels?

If so, what's the most effective duration of fasting?

No. The only benefit it has is it makes it easier to stay in a caloric deficit.

If you think are below normal get your T checked, might get some Test

If you think you are "low average", become a /fraud/

stop fucking around

no. it literally does nothing but squeezes your meals in to a shorter window. the research is extremely contradictory. IF is unfortunately not magic like Martin Berkhan would have you believe. until there's empirical evidence, anyone with half a brain, that isn't Martin Berkhan, will agree that you'll get exactly the same results eating breakfast if that's what you prefer.

14-16 hours for men
12-14 hours for women

^this desu senpai
Every piece of scientific literature ive ever read regarding meal timing has conclusively shown no difference in either how the body absorbs nutrients or how the food is stored.

Your body becomes so used to it, it's just a way of life. It's an enjoyable way to eat. I've fasted for 3 months everyday and haven't really lost weight because I won't eat less than 2 thousand calories a day, but I can eat more and get stronger without becoming a lard ass

It's negligable. But it does boost your GH levels significantly.

for some reason I find it easier to stave off hunger in the morning and afternoon and then eat a bunch in the evening. If I eat breakfast and lunch I still end up eating a ton in the evening, I just get ravenous at night.

It does. Stay mad and fat with your 6x meals a aday, fag.

I'm exactly the same way, I find in pretty to fast until noon and then have a light lunch.

I also think it improves my performance during the day since I'm on edge from the hunger, not sluggish from 1200 cals worth of food in my gut.
