The way I like to do it is to actually sit back until my ass touches the rear bar, then lean my upper body back until it's pretty upright and focus on keeping it that way as I stand up.

That way it's actually how it should be.

Right now since I'm cutting I'm lifting every other day with low volume.
I do 3 workouts in a 6 day period and repeat-
Day 1- heavy deadlift, 1-2 sets of 3-5; heavy bench press, doubles and singles with about 10 reps of volume at near max weights; strict pendlay rows 2x10; light squat 2-3x4 at 60-70%; rear and side delt work; tricep ab and calf work
Day 2- heavy squat doubles, about 10 total reps; volume bench 3x5; weighted pull ups 3x5; rear delt and side delts, barbell curls, calves and abs

I'm responding well to it. I used to grind in the 80% range every workout and didn't progress much. going light one day in 60-70% range and isolating my main weak point, triceps, is helping a lot.

My bench is significantly better if I do it before my lower body stuff so you should probably prioritize upper body for a few weeks if you want to see more gains there.

I think that after this cut I'll be able to hit 225x1 on bench at around 135 lbs if I play my diet game right

What I do is I aim for 5x5 once I hit a 5x5 I switch back to 10x3 with 10lb less on the bar. Once I hit 10x3 increase by 20lb and start 5x5 again. That's how I got my bench from 165 to 205 in 2 months.

No clue, I stopped doing stuff like jump boxes since my knees are getting really bad. I use to be able to grab rim and stuff in basketball but now if I try to jump as high as I can, my knee hurts for a week. I generally keep my feet in contact with the ground during snatches and cleans now. Like I fire and extend and widen my stance, but I don't do the quick hop-esque deal you normally see in Olympic styled lifts since it's too hard on my knees and hips.
