I've been on /fit/ for a couple of years and no matter how often I ask this, I never get any sort of response.
So once again, my question is: Do sugar alcohol heavy foods (such as diabetics' food or gum or diet/light shit) impact lifting in any way other than their laxative effect?
does /fit/ eat them? how should I incorporate them in my diet? are they harmful because of aspartame?
