Seen some decent gains but cant get my bench to move.

Try more volume, it always helps me. AMRAP helps with this of course, but at some point you just gotta' deload and try to get 3x12 before moving on. It helped me a shitton with bench and OHP, squat, not so much.

I ran GSLP for a few months, saw some great gains on it. Jumped onto Lyles a month ago, and gonna run that for another month or so. then go on to the texas method or madcow.
OP, try OHPing once a week and benching on Monday and Friday. and If you dont have micro-weights already, then get them. they help with progression a lot.
GraySkull LP especially with arm plug ins is good. Phrack is a fucking retard dyel loser.

Squat
Calf raises 2x20
Dips 2x15
Pendlay row
Standing tricep extensions 2x15
B
OHP
Deadlift
Shrugs 2x15
Lateral raises 2x15
BB curls 2x15
Hammer curls 1x15
Is it too much? It works for me and takes about an hour and im not deadly exhausted after it. Should I cut something out?
