Op here. Replace squats with deadlifts. Deadlift 3x a week with ramped set only do weighted pull-ups and core work for assistance. Brought deadlift from 315 to 405 in around 1.5 months. Also have long as fuck arms. Never visited snap city either.

You can be a skinny guy like me and deadlift a lot based on leverages, strength, and programming. Lookup Max Chewning. He weights like 150 to 160 and pulls over 500. Frank Yang pulled a 500 at 150 too. Deadlifts honestly don't add much muscle.
